Barry’s Bootcamp partners with JUST Water

Joey Gonzalez, EMA Corporate Board Member and CEO of Barry’s Bootcamp, and Jaden Smith, EMA Executive Board Officer and Co-Founder of JUST, are significant sustainable business leaders who spoke at the 2019 EMA IMPACT Summit. In July 2019, all Barry’s Bootcamp studios in the U.S. and UK eliminated the sale of plastic water bottles. Along with providing water-filling stations for reusable water bottles, the studios partnered with JUST Water. As 82% of JUST Water cartons are plant-derived, there is a 74% reduction in carbon emissions by avoiding the production of plastic water bottles. This sustainable partnership reduces the environmental impact of both water bottle consumption and the fitness industry.
