The 2019 EMA Innovator Challenge winner Amy Keller, the co-founder and CEO of PurePlus+, continues to make a strong impact today in the reduction of food waste and the health of children. PurePlus+ upcycles fruits and vegetables to create a plant-based powder for companies to add to their products to replace filler at a lower cost and add a nutrient boost.
